One of the most beautiful instrumental pieces I have ever heard has to be Shenandoah. A classic American Folk song, it is slow intricate and moving. I have tried to learn a version of this tune ever since I started learning to pick and I must admit I have yet to master it by a long shot. Still I thought it would be nice to record my efforts so far and see how it came out. Anyway here it is. I hope you will like it.

Of late, over there, on the other side of the great pond The Scotts have been talking about severing all ties to Great Britain. They already have a parlement and government of thier own and they wish, no longer, to be a part of the Brittish Isles, but to be recognized as Scottland alone.
As a Canadian I can understand this as we recieved our independance well over a 100 years ago and have never regretted...

This is a little tune I came up with while tunning up one day, doing a basic scale. I don't know how original it is and surely it would sound much better if I was a better guitarist. Still there is something in it I like so here is 'The Beauford Scales'.
